Leading the Future of Print-on-Demand & Disability Inclusion

Founded in 2019, Stakes Manufacturing has grown into one of the largest Print-on-Demand providers of apparel, bags, and hats in the U.S. We proudly partner with Nike, NFL, NBA, MLB, NHL, NCAA, Sony Music, Paramount, Nickelodeon, Disney, Fanatics, Vistaprint, Custom Ink, Canva, Printful, Gelato, Staples, Planet Art, and other enterprise brands to help increase revenue, reduce costs, and deliver premium retail-quality products to their customers.

Our white-label, direct-to-consumer e-commerce fulfillment allows partners to sell custom and branded products online without inventory costs or risks. With a catalog of over 90,000 SKUs, we offer a diverse range of premium brands, including Nike, Travis Mathew, Under Armour, Adidas, Carhartt, Champion, Stanley Stella, The North Face, and New Era.

Transforming Wholesale Printing Model:
We also specialize in wholesale printing, which has historically been routed to screen printing. However, our state-of-the-art digital technology now provides superior print quality with finer details and Pantone matching, cost optimization, and faster turnaround times—making it the optimal choice for 12-288 unit wholesale orders. Orders can be transmitted online via our Print-on-Demand APIs or through manual submissions.

Revolutionizing the Industry with 3D Direct-to-Garment Printing:
In the coming months, Stakes will become the first company to launch at scale 3D Direct-to-Garment (DTG) printing on demand—a groundbreaking advancement set to revolutionize the print industry. This cutting-edge technology enables dimensional apparel printing, digital embroidery using ink instead of stitches, and textures that replicate materials such as snakeskin, basketball leather, tackle twill, denim, high density, puff, fuzz, lenticular effects, and more.

While some of these effects were previously achievable with screen printing, this new technology surpasses those limitations, delivering unmatched detail, complexity, spectrum of textures and depth—printed on demand in single-unit runs. Imagine a t-shirt featuring a Van Gogh painting with the same dimensional texture, brushstroke depth, and feel of the original artwork.

Driving Change Through Inclusive Hiring Practices:
Stakes Manufacturing is committed to transforming hiring practices within the print industry by creating opportunities for the world’s largest minority—people with disabilities. 10% of our full-time workforce identifies as having a developmental disability, and many are among our top performers. This is not charity work—it’s meaningful and impactful employment. Our highest-performing Shipper and Warehouse employees both have Autism.

Through a partnership with the local county school system, we created a school-to-work transition program, offering part-time internships for 12 students with developmental disabilities per semester. Several graduates of this program are now full-time employees at Stakes, including our highest performing warehouse employee.

At Stakes, we’re redefining print-on-demand through innovation and inclusion, advancing both the industry and our communities.
